The Pediatric Research Foundation subscribes to the Donor Bill of Rights of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and complies with their Privacy Policy. It also complies with Bill 25 (Privacy Legislation Modernization Act) and Bill C-28 (Canada’s anti-spam legislation, or CASL) and with the criteria set out by Charity Intelligence for impact per dollar donated.
