The 20th edition of the Montreal Wine Auction, presented by the MTY Group, raised a record amount: nearly $330,000 for pediatric research. We look forward to seeing you in the spring of 2027 at the William Gray Hotel for the 21st edition!
On May 11, nearly 200 of you joined us for the 20th anniversary of the Montreal Wine Auction, presented by the MTY Group at the William Gray Hotel.
This year, the Pediatric Research Foundation offered a unique experience, combining wine and art in an enchanting atmosphere, enhanced by a carefully curated musical selection and a moving performance by Alex Nevsky. Hosted by Matthieu Dugal, Radio-Canada journalist, the evening celebrated the prestigious Maison Louis Latour. Throughout the meal, guests were guided through the wines served by Florent Latour, the eleventh generation at the helm of Maison Louis Latour. His insightful commentary allowed guests to better appreciate the richness of the vintages tasted while reminding them of the tangible impact of their donations on pediatric research. The banquet was followed by an unforgettable live auction, hosted by the incomparable Laurent Berniard.
Highlight of the evening: the Pediatric Research Foundation announced a direct donation of $100,000 to the pediatric epilepsy research laboratory at CHU Sainte-Justine, inspired by Claude-André Boivin and the Édouard Boivin Fund. The announcement was met with great emotion by the guests and researchers in attendance.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our participants; thanks to them, we raised a record amount in the 20-year history of the Auction: $329,820 to benefit pediatric research. We thank our volunteers, our campaign firm, and our 2026 partners, whom we hope to see again next year.
